HARRISBURG, Pa. — HARRISBURG, Pa. — Steven Allicott of Brooklyn, NY, who was residing in Harrisburg, Pa., died Monday, Nov. 11, 2013. The husband of Madeline Belcher Allicott, formerly of Tarboro, will be receiving family and friends at the Ardena Belcher Mitchell home at 604 Martin Luther King, Jr. Dr.

Steven was survived by his devoted wife, Madeline; his siblings: Barbara Allicott, Dennis Allicott, Marilyn Allicott and Yolanda Allicott; his wonderful children: Kalif Allicott, Devon Allicott, Raheem Allicott Malik Allicott, Imesha Allicott, Iola Allicott and Sonny McFadden, who is affectionately called his son; Mrs. Eunice Ebb of New York, whom he affectionately called his “Mom”, Cookie of Virginia and Karol of New York, who were caring sisters to him; four sisters-in-law: Cynthia Belcher and Ardena (James) Mitchell of Tarboro, Melinda Belcher of Rocky Mount and Beverly Belcher Whitehead of Brooklyn, N.Y.; one brother-in-law: Louis (Gloria Jean) Belcher of Urbanna, Va. and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and many extended family members.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, November 16, 2013 at St. Stephen Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Robert C. Farmer officiating. Burial will follow in the Eastlawn Memorial Gardens.A viewing will be held one hour prior to the services. All services are entrusted to Hemby-Willoughby Mortuary, Tarboro.
