HARRISBURG, Pa. — HARRISBURG, Pa. — Steven Allicott, age 60, of Harrisburg, Pa. passed away on Monday, November 11, 2013. He was born April 18, 1953 in Brooklyn, NY to the late Eugene and Iola Marshall Allicott

He leaves to cherish: his devoted wife Madeline Belcher Allicott of the home, children; Kalif Allicott, Devon Allicott, Raheem Allicott, Malik Allicott, Imesha Allicott, Iola Allicott, Sonny McFadden stepson who is affectionately called his son, his siblings; Barbara Allicott, Dennis Allicott, Marilyn Allicott, and Yolanda Allicott all of New York; Mrs. Eunice Webb of New York who he affectionately called her “Mom”; Cookie of Virginia and Karol of New York who were caring sisters to him; four sisters-in-law; Cynthia Belcher and Ardena (James) Mitchell both of Tarboro, NC, Melinda Belcher of Rocky Mount, NC, and Beverly Belcher Whitehead of Brooklyn, NY; one brother-in-law; Louis (Gloria Jean) Belcher of Urbanna, VA, and a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and many extended family members.

Funeral services were held Saturday, November 16, 2013 at St. Stephen Missionary Baptist Church with the Reverend Robert C. Farmer officiating. Burial followed in the Eastlawn Memorial Gardens.

A viewing was held one hour prior to the services.

All services were entrusted to Hemby-Willoughby Mortuary, Inc., of Tarboro, North Carolina.
