TARBORO — Mr. and Mrs. Donald Nelson Clark of Greensboro are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Tiffany Paige Clark, to William Neal Davis. Neal is the son of Mr. and Mrs. William Frederick Davis of Tarboro. The wedding is planned for October 6, 2012, at First Scots Presbyterian Church in Charleston, South Carolina.
