ECC CPR Training

CPR for Healthcare Providers meets on the Tarboro campus of Edgecombe Community College. Class meets 9am-1pm in Fleming 167. Fee is $65. Registration is required. Call 823-5166, ext. 120 or 293

Braswell Center Summer Program: Basketball Camp


Ages 8-13 yrs. old. This camp is designed to develop skills such as dribbling, passing, shooting & coordination. 11 a.m.-12 noon. Fee is $10.

Infant Swim Lessons: Ages Birth-3 years


Two week swimming lessons meets Mon.-Thurs. where instructor leads parents along with infant in basic swimming skills such as water immersion, floating, kicking and more. 6-7 pm. Cost is $25/Infant & parent. Lessons will be held at the  Clark Pool.

Sweetness Cooking Class Ages 8-12: Braswell Center Summer Program


Class designed to further the child’s basic cooking skills to a more advanced level of cooking. Mon., Wed., Fri. 10:30 a.m.-12 noon. Fee is $10.

Learn the techniques of baiting, casting, catching and taking a fish off the hook. Location: Indian Lake Park. 10 a.m.-11:15 a.m. Fee is $10.
