ECC Election Officials Certification
A three-week Election Process and Precinct Officials Certification class begins on the Tarboro campus of Edgecombe Community College. Class meets Tues/Thurs 6-9PM in Fleming 218. Fee is $65, includes materials. Offered by Edgecombe County Board of Elections and ECC. Instructor is Jerry Spruell, director of Edgecombe County Board of Elections.
