Golden Kiwanis

Medication Aide

A 4-day class meets May 9-10 and May 13-14 on the Rocky Mt.  campus. Class meets 8am-2:30pm. Tuition is $65. Books needed for 1st class available in Bookstore. For more details or to register, contact hymang@edgecombe,edu or 823-5166, ext. 357.

Under the Stars Prom Night

Area prom night for special citizens 16 and over   will be held at the Imperial Centre from 7-10:30PM. The prom night theme is Under the Stars a Black & White affair. Attendees and their guests should RSVP by Wednesday, May 7 by calling 252-972-1151.

Queen For A Day

To show some Love on Mother’s Day weekend, The Tarboro Parks & Recreation Dept. will feed and pamper the ladies. At 9:30am Ladies will be served Breakfast with scrambled eggs, grits, sausage, bacon, pancakes, toast, biscuits, coffee, and orange juice, $3 per person. Bring your Grandmother, Mother, Aunt, Cousin,  next door neighbor, church member young and old. MEN, MEN, MEN if you would like to help  in any way please call 641-4210. Quigless Clinic Tours

The historic Quigless Clinic, at 99 Main St., Tarboro, will be open to the public for tour from 12 noon-2PM. Conducted by the Phoenix Historical Society, Inc.
