Fire Hydrant Flushing

The Tarboro Fire Dept. will be flushing hydrants this week West of Main St. The flushing will be done daily from 8am-5pm until the entire area has been completed. If you experience any water problems please contact 641-4235 weekdays and 641-4247 after 5pm and weekends.

Will host the 2013 Liter Art Show at the Imperial Centre’s Maria V. Howard Arts Center, Students’ artwork will be on display with the theme “Make Trash to Treasure Papermaking Art.”

The Town of Tarboro Relay for Life team is putting on a Tarboro Police Dept. vs Tarboro Fire Dept. softball game 2t 7pm at Indian Lake Sports Complex, Field 1. There will be a 50/50 raffle, and a donation jar to help us rainse money for Cancer Research.

Hosted by the ECC Relay For Life Team from 9am-3pm on the Tarboro campus. Featuring the Happy Travelers Bluegrass Group from Rocky Mt. Hosted by  the Relay for Life Team of Mildred Missionary Baptist Church. Concert begins at 6pm. Special Olympics

   This study is geared toward helping African-American women and communities in eastern NC to improve diabetes outcomes. A consortium of community organizations and individuals committed to preventing HIV/AIDS in Edgecombe and Nash counties.
