The Happy Senior Citizens Club will be sponsoring gift bingo on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the E.L. Roberson Center.
The Edgecombe County Human Relation Commission will host a candidate forum 6 p.m. at Edgecombe County Auditorium. The purpose of the forum is for citizens to become informed about the candidates.

Tarboro Fire Department
The Tarboro Fire Department invites the citizens it station on Howard Avenue from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Puppet shows games and refreshments as well as fire related demonstrations will be offered.
There wil be a Flag-raising Cermony at the Veteran’s Memorialon the Town Common. The veteran being honored is Joel Bourne, U.S. Marine.
