H & R Block to hold food drive for local shelters

TARBORO — H & R Block in Tarboro will be holding a food drive to benefit Tarboro Community Outreach. Franchise owner Proctor Kidwell said government cutbacks have created increased needs throughout the country and have made it even more difficult for these facilities to administer to the needs of the community and H & R Block wants to show their community support by helping in this effort. Kidwell will also match all food donations made to any location.

Donations in the Tarboro area will be accepted at H & R Block office located at 144 River Oaks Dr. in the Walmart Shopping Center

beginning on Nov. 19 through April 15, 2013. Any and all donations are welcome and accepted.
