Winners of the 2013 Fire Prevention Week coloring contest enjoyed a pizza party on Nov. 5 at the Pizza Inn with members of the Tarboro Fire Department. First and second-grade winners were selected from Stocks Elementary and North East Carolina Prep School (NECP). The students, from left to right are Cole Craddock of Stocks, Molly Palmer of NECP and Isaiah Jones of Stocks. Representing the Tarboro Fire Department, from left to right, are Firefighter JR Bullock, Capt. Ken Ruffin, Lt. David Sessoms, Firefighter Kevin Perkins, Firefighter Tim Bridgers, Engineer Victor Tillery, and Firefighter Kevin Rawls. Contest winner not pictured is Katie Santiago Bautista of NECP.
